概説：この機械は構造がコンパクトで、体積が小さく、軽量で、操作しやすく、騒音が低く、運転が安定で、その大きな特徴は生産中に材料を研磨せず、*速せん断、混合、分散、均質を一体に集めることである。剪断ヘッドは爪式、双方向吸着構造を採用し、上部材料が吸い込みにくくなることによる死角と渦現象を回避し、高速回転するロータは強力な剪断力を発生し、剪断率をより高くし、剪断力をより強くする。回転子による遠心力の作用の下で、材料を半径方向から所定、回転子間の狭い精密な隙間に投げ込み、同時に遠心押出、衝突などの力を受けて、材料を十分に分散、混合、乳化させる。

注：真空状態または帯圧容器に使用する場合は、せん断機モータホルダに対応する機械密封装置を別途配置する必要があります。

Note:If it used under a vacuum or pressure vessel,the motor bearings of shearing machine need to be configured with the corresponding mechanical seal (Pictures for reference only.).
